Do not even consider putting your house up for sale without staging. Although my mother's home is beautiful, has a great floor plan, and wonderful setting it just wasn't showing well. We figured this out when even our own agent wouldn't show it. We hired a new agent who saw the potential in the home, and who recommended Maria for staging. Working with Maria was great. She has a great eye, and in our experience, definitely will come through. Within an extremely tight timeline she made the house look better than it had in 25 years. Because of this, we were able to garner multiple bids and get a great price for the house. The pretty girls get to choose from the best suitors. Don't let your house be "Ugly Betty."
